Complex care, possibly involving clients who need:

  • Significant assistance with their mobility.
  • Constant or intermittent mechanical ventilation.
  • Tube feeding.
  • Palliative or terminal care.

We have experience of providing long and short-term care to clients of all ages with conditions such as:

  • Acquired Brain Injury.
  • Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementias.
  • Cancer and other terminal illness.
  • Cerebral Palsy.

Every member of staff is required to have a Criminal Records Bureau enhanced level check carried out on them before they commence employment and Everycare carry out regular appraisals with all staff as well as seeking feedback from Service Users, to ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to.

We have experience with individuals that maybe nearing the end of their life. We can assist those who wish to remain at home during this time. A person centred care plan maintains your dignity and respect and is completed by an experience member of the office team alongside your family and other multi-disciplinary agencies. Preferences are documented within a detailed care plan and the team work closely together to keep you comfortable. All wishes for your final arrangements are documented meeting your cultural and religious wishes. Additional training is completed by all staff and support and counselling available to our staff 24hrs a day via the office and on call system.
We have a 24 hour/ 7 day a week on call service. A Member of the office team is always on hand to help when needed.
